Our beef is 100% Grass-Fed and finished, Certified Natural, Certified Hormone Free, Humanely Handled, and raised on the Central Coast of California in optimal living conditions. Our oceanside, coastal ranches create a perfect environment with mild summers and winters for our cattle. These cows graze on our local natural grasses year-round. Grass-fed beef provides extra nutrients and more of a natural flavor to the beef so that you can feel good about the meat you consume. Sold as individual roasts. Rump: 3-4Â lbs, Boneless Chuck: 2.5-3.5 lbs, Round: 1.5-2.5Â lbs, Chuck O-Bone: 3.5-4.5 lbs

The Molnar Family has been ranching cattle for 6 generations in Cayucos, CA since 1870. They raise grass-fed, grass-finished, certified natural and hormone-free, humanely handled cattle that graze the wild grasses of the coast on their ranches ranging from Cambria to Morro Bay, CA. As a family, they take pride in their regenerative agricultural practices a few are, rotational grazing and water restoration. They hope to educate others along the way.
