Free Family Field Trips with Harvestly & City Farm SLO
Join Harvestly and City Farm SLO for a free, family-friendly farm experience!

We’re inviting local families to get outside, meet our farmers, and see where your food comes
from. Since 2013, City Farm SLO has cared for 19 acres of the Calle Joaquin Agricultural
Reserve, growing food organically and regeneratively while supporting small, independent
farmers and youth education programs.

What You’ll Experience
During this 60–90 minute guided tour, your family will:
● Learn how regenerative agriculture helps our soil and community thrive
● Meet the farm’s sheep and chickens
● Taste fresh produce right from the field
● Take part in a hands-on farm project
● Visit the pay-what-you-can farmstand and bring home local produce

This free tour is open to all ages, a fun and educational way to connect with nature, local food,
and your community.
