Our beef is 100% Grass-Fed and finished, Certified Natural, Certified Hormone Free, Humanely Handled, and raised on the Central Coast of California in optimal living conditions. Our oceanside, coastal ranches create a perfect environment with mild summers and winters for our cattle. These cows graze on our local natural grasses year-round. Grass-fed beef provides extra nutrients and more of a natural flavor to the beef so that you can feel good about the meat you consume. Sold in individual packages. Typically 1-1.5 lb per package, cut at least 1.5 inches thick.

Beef ribs in general can be so difficult to find sometimes, and short ribs seem to be even rarer. It was a great surprise to see these being offered on here. The ribs were fresh and packed well. I look forward to ordering more meat from this company especially when Summer cookout season is here!
