Product is sold as a delightful 8oz cut of natural cheese. A medium-sharp cheddar with the spicy flavor of chipotle chiles! The smoky taste of the peppers is the perfect complement to this fine, rich cheese. Great on nachos, burritos, and enchiladas. All Cal Poly Creamery products are hand-made in small batches by Cal Poly students in the University Creamery, right across the street from the student-run Cal Poly Dairy.
