Highland Cheddar Cheese (8 oz)

Product is sold as a delightful 8oz cut of natural cheese. Aged for six months, our Highland Cheddar is a smooth, rich, medium-sharp orange cheddar. Adds bold flavors to soups, burgers, quesadillas, and casseroles. All Cal Poly Creamery products are hand-made in small batches by Cal Poly students in the University Creamery, right across the street from the student-run Cal Poly Dairy.
