Gold Medalist, 2019 American Cheese Society Competition We start with our award-winning Grand Gouda — hand-crafted and aged on wooden boards — and then gently smoke it for several hours over natural hickory chips. A classic holiday favorite! All Cal Poly Creamery products are hand-made in small batches by Cal Poly students in the University Creamery, right across the street from the student-run Cal Poly Dairy.

This cheese grew on me. Its gotten more mild after first opening it, and tastes great! I'd buy it again.

Wow! Very strong cheese. Almost reminds me of lox. I’d go with the regular Gouda instead.
