Product is sold as a delightful 8oz cut of natural cheese. This medium-sharp cheddar has subtle sweet and nutty notes that set it apart from our Highland Cheddar. Great on a cheese plate or melted over a burger. Aged up to one year. All Cal Poly Creamery products are hand-made in small batches by Cal Poly students in the University Creamery, right across the street from the student-run Cal Poly Dairy.
