I use a fleur de sel sea salt from France for its delicacy and mild flavor. It is a fine salt that dissolves instantly into the vanilla caramels, it is the perfect finishing touch!
My caramels are made to order in Paso Robles in small batches, with real ingredients and absolutely no preservatives, which means you enjoy a soft, never sticky, buttery caramel every time! They are the perfect handmade treat!

Quantities;

*1/4 lb = 7-8 caramels

*1/2 lb = 14-16 caramels

*1 lb = 30-32 caramels
