Chicken & Mushroom Ricotta Lasagna

Description
Tender Juicy Chicken, sautéed Cremini Mushrooms smothered in a creamy Béchamel and Ricotta Cheese sauce, layered between our handcrafted Organic Spinach & Egg Noodles. Topped with Mozzarella and Parmigano.
Accompanied with, as always our freshly baked Rosemary Focaccia.
The Lasagna comes Frozen, for best results please defrost before baking.
Cooking Instructions: Cover and bake for 35-45 minutes @ 375 degrees, then uncover and broil for 5-10 minutes until bubbly and golden. Take out the oven and let it set for 5 minutes.
Serves: 3 generous portions.
