All our Lasagna Dishes are made with handcrafted Organic Egg and Spinach Pasta, then layered with a delicious Ragu and topped with a creamy Béchamel sauce, Mozzarella and Parmigano Cheese.
Accompanied with our freshly baked light and airy Rosemary Focaccia.
The Lasagna comes Frozen, for best results please defrost before baking.
Cooking Instructions: Cover and Bake @ 375 degrees for 35 -45 minutes, then uncover and broil for 5-10 minutes till bubbly and golden.
Ingredients: Ground Sirloin, Carrots, Celery, Cremini Mushrooms, Onions, Sweet Peppers. Pasta: Cage free Eggs, Unbleached Flour, Organic Spinach, Salt. Béchamel: Butter, Milk, Nutmeg & Salt.

La Migliore frozen lasagnas are the best. Both the sirloin and white lasagnas are amazing. Great to have in the freezer for an entree when you know you won't have time to make dinner. The focaccia freezes easily so with a green salad, dinner is ready.
Pros: Delivery of fresh local lasagna and focaccia. We love both.
