Accompanied with, as always our freshly baked Italian Ciabatta.
Soup arrives frozen, defrost and simmer on a low gas, then boil till desired temperature.

Not a big soup person but with this sudden cold, rainy weather, I was craving it! This was delicious! Seasoned very well and easy to prepare. The bread was very fresh and I loved it with some whipped butter. My only downside is that I wish there was more!
