Description

Also known as “dino ribs”, this is the hunk of beef ready to impress. This is a newer cut that includes part of the chuck still attached to the whole short ribs. These big guys are calling your name and ready for your smoker, bbq, or oven. With a nice slow cook you can pull the bones right out and shred!

Our beef is 100% Grass-Fed and finished, Certified Natural, Certified Hormone Free, Humanely Handled, and raised on the Central Coast of California in optimal living conditions. Our oceanside, coastal ranches create a perfect environment with mild summers and winters for our cattle. These cows graze on our local natural grasses year-round. Grass-fed beef provides extra nutrients and more of a natural flavor to the beef so that you can feel good about the meat you consume.

Racks are generally 4-6 lbs.

If you are looking to splurge on some beef that's sure to impress then look no further. These giant beef ribs come loaded with a good amount of meat for a meal that will make you feel like Fred Flintstone. They were easy to cook low and slow in the oven after marinating in spices for 24 hours. They are definitely priced in a more luxury tier of meat and aren't for an everyday type of meal, but bear in mind that just a single rib this size at a restaurant would cost you upwards of $30-$40. For $65 I received three.
