Gold Medalist, 2019 American Cheese Society Competition We start with our award-winning Grand Gouda — hand-crafted and aged on wooden boards — and then gently smoke it for several hours over natural hickory chips. A classic holiday favorite! All Cal Poly Creamery products are hand-made in small batches by Cal Poly students in the University Creamery, right across the street from the student-run Cal Poly Dairy.
