2-3 lemons depending on size. Larger than Meyer, with a slightly thicker skin. Each lemon gives about 2.5 oz of juice. Perfect in wedges for drinks or fish tacos, but especially tasty in pies.

Thinner skin and higher water content than Haas makes it perfect for avo toast, or slice thin, top with parmigiana and broil. They do ripen differently, so when they start getting ugly they are perfect. Pesticide free.

Cherimoya

Roughly 1.5#, but may be 1 large or 2 smaller, always in your favor. Native to South America, they grow well on central coast, usually alongside avocados. Flavor is somewhat mild but can be a mix of vanilla, banana, and even pear. Seeds are quite hard so be mindful. Luckily they are easy to spot and remove. Skin is not edible. My favorite FYI-cherimoyas are not pollinated by bees. Instead beetles, ants and even humans with tiny brushes do the job.
