Sugar Free Confections makes your favorite cookies, brownies, muffins and cupcakes sweetened with real fruit and no refined sugar, no artificial sweeteners and no laboratory-made chemical sweeteners.  We've done all the research, experimenting and baking so you can just sit back, relax and enjoy our goodies knowing they are a healthier alternative to "regular" baked goods. I phased out sugar in 2002 because it played havoc with my blood sugar.  I didn't really miss it but a sugar-free cupcake on my birthday would have been fun.  I experimented with sugar free recipes for many years, always avoiding chemical sweeteners since sooner or later, almost every artificial sweetener is found to cause unexpected negative side effects in many people.  In 2025 I founded Sugar Free Confections. There is something lovely about the alchemy of baking and bringing all the ingredients together into a yummy treat.  I hope you enjoy our Sugar Free Confections!
