If they last more than a day at your house (unlikely) refrigerate them to maintain freshness. Do you have company dropping by? Keep some in your freezer to have on hand to serve to friends and family. (These freeze well wrapped tightly and placed in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months.)
