Description

Momotaro Ramen is a vibrant and cozy ramen that brings the authentic flavors of Japan to your bowl. Known for its rich, savory broths, tender noodles, and fresh toppings, each dish is crafted with care to deliver a perfect balance of taste.

Momotaro Ramen comes with two containers. The first contains 12 oz of tonkotsu broth. The second contains 5 oz of the noodles and toppings: chashu pork belly, green cabbage, marinated bean sprouts, half a marinated egg, black garlic oil, and scallions.

Reheating instructions:

REHEATING BROTH

From frozen - to remove broth from packaging, run container under warm-hot water until broth loosens from container. Place frozen broth in a pot over low to medium heat and slowly reheat until broth is completely liquefied. Once liquefied, turn heat off until ready to eat. When ready to eat and noodles are your next step, turn heat up until broth comes to a full boil. Turn heat off and place broth in a bowl. 

From thawed - place broth in a pot and place over low to medium heat. Slowly reheat until broth is hot. Turn heat off until ready to heat. When ready to eat and noodles are your next step, turn heat up until broth comes to a full boil. Turn heat off and place broth in a bowl. 

COOKING NOODLES

Thin Noodles (white) - bring about 2-3 quarts of water to a full rolling boil. season water with salt. place noodles in water and mix the noodles around. cook at a full boil for 1 minute for a perfect al dente ramen noodle. If you prefer a softer noodle, continue cooking for 30 second intervals until your desired doneness. Strain and immediately place noodles in broth. Remember, the noodles will continue to cook in the broth. 

Thick Noodles (yellow) - bring about 2-3 quarts of water to a full rolling boil. season water with salt. place noodles in water and mix the noodles around. cook at a full boil for 1.5 minutes for a perfect al dente ramen noodle. If you prefer a softer noodle, continue cooking for 30 second intervals until your desired doneness. Strain and immediately place noodles in broth. Remember, the noodles will continue to cook in the broth. 

TOPPINGS

Momotaro Ramen 

Chashu Pork -  If you like your chashu pork charred, turn your oven on broil. Place chashu pork on sheet pan and place on top shelf and broil to desired char. or if you happen to have a torch available. Place chashu pork on sheet pan and torch to desired char. 

Moyashi (bean sprouts) - take soy sauce and sesame seeds and mix into bean sprouts. That is all. 

Additional toppings - cabbage and egg need no heating and can be placed in ramen as is. 

Black Garlic Oil (Mayu) - drizzle over top of ramen
