Keep refrigerated for up to a year. Since kimchi is made of fermented vegetables, technically it can last forever and is made to last a long time. If the taste changes it is still edible. In Korea they say Kimchi can never expire. You'll probably polish it off before it gets 'too interesting' but don't worry-- if the flavor shifts, it's still packed with all the healthy goodness you love.

    I didn't even especially like kimchi until I bought this on Harvestly. This stuff is spicy and so delicious. Tastes good on everything, if you like spicy food def recommend you try this.

    Nuff said.

    Pros: Great taste, delicious, small batch, local, just the right amount of spice! What else could you want in your kimchi! I’m always trying to find a way to incorporate more fermented foods into my diet and this kimchi makes it so easy. Great with pretty much any Asian inspired dishes, makes rice so tasty! Honestly, I like it straight from the jar. Get some! I know you won’t be disappointed! ❤️

    Cons: So tasty, you’ll need a second, third, and fourth jar, ASAP.

    I love this kimchi for breakfast with rice and a fried egg.

    Pros: It's bright, fresh, and oh so spicy! It has great texture too. I've sampled just about all the kimchi options available at Lassons, Whole Foods, the Asian Market and Sprouts and they pale in comparison—should have guessed that the best kimchi ever is made in SLO!

    Cons: This kimchi is for people who like it spicy!
