Advantages
This vege quiche is a great breakfast or lunch meal
Disadvantages
There were no reheating instructions, but a few minutes in the toaster oven on Reheat setting was perfect.
Comment
The quiche was about 5" in diameter, a generous single serving. The crust was flakey, browned nice and jsut the right thickness. A nice balance of egg filling to vegetables. Some sweet red peppers, mushroom and greens.
