The flavors in this were delicious! The tart creaminess of the goat cheese went really well with the richness of the bacon. The crust was flaky and so yummy. I heated it up in the oven, and it tasted fresh baked! I will definitely buy this again!

This is a tasty, crusty little quiche! It's a perfect portion size for one person. I reheated it in the toaster oven and it tasted light and fresh. This would make a great breakfast or addition to any meal.
