My name is Torri Simons and I was born and raised here in San Luis Obispo. I started San Luis Salsa Company in 1998 when my homemade salsas became a requested party item. 25 years later, we are still the local Salsa sold in grocery stores and specialty shops throughout the county. I love creating our salsa to share with our community.
