Fragrant and flavorful soup.
Ingredients: Shallots, fresh ginger, cardamom, cumin, butternut squash, green apples, freshly ground white pepper, fresh lemon, solar dried sea salt from Baja coast and a pinch of cayenne pepper.
Reheating Instructions:
Stove Top: Bring to low simmer for 5-10 minutes, reheat soups to 145 degrees do not boil
Microwave: Put in microwave safe container and warm for 2-3 mintues, reheat soups to 145 degrees do not boil
Store for 1 week in fridge and up to 2 months in freezer
Farm to table and organic.

I have always loved the theme farm to table, using local organic ingredients and making soup for people who are too busy to cook for themselves or just want to enjoy someone else soup. My inspiration came from going to the farmers market and not seeing enough vegan/gluten free/Kosher food products, in hopes of having people enjoy my soup as much as I do.
My products DO NOT contain natural flavors, citric acid, alcohol, yeast or MSG.
