This pack is portioned for 1-2 pounds of the protein of your choice.  Just add a 1/4 cup of water to the seasoning and protein.  The water will bring back freeze driend ingredients back to their original state.  

Ingredients:  Freeze dried Granny Smith apple, freeze dried Gala apples, freeze dried jalapenos, freeze dried organic apple juice, salt, pepper, cinnamon, ginger, all spice, and ground cloves. 

All you'll need to do is add 1/4 cup of water to the freeze dried seasoning and protein.  This will bring the freeze dried seasonings back to their orginal state. Each pack is portioned for 1-2 pounds of the protein of your choice.
