1 Ribeye Steak: 100% grass-fed, grass-finished, regenerative beef raised on organic pastures in San Luis Obispo County. Each steak is between .4 and .6 pounds.
In preparation for establishing our own beef herd, City Farm SLO partnered with our friends at Avenales Ranch to source our first animal. This beef is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished on organic pastures, raised using regenerative grazing practices that support healthy soils, wildlife habitat, and animal welfare. It is GAP Step-4 certified, Audubon Certified, and dry-aged for 14 days for exceptional flavor.
