These pre-formed patties make burger night a breeze! Each sizable patty held together well during seasoning and cooking, and there wasn't too much volume loss. The patties were far more tender than your typical store bought meat. With even fast food chains charging $10+ for a sad little burger, $3 a patty is a steal for quality, local beef.
