Levine Chocolates is a small-batch craft chocolatier founded in 2025 by Central Coast local, Noah Levine. Our Dreamy Dubai bars were born from a mission to deliver an authentic experience in a market often filled with low-quality imitations.

We believe the 'true' Dubai bar requires uncompromising ingredients. Our signature center is a luscious combination of rich pistachio, toasted crunchy Kataifi, and a subtle dash of tahini. To finish, we use high-grade Belgian chocolate—54% Dark and 33% Milk—to form the shell of our hand-scooped large bars and minis. Each piece is individually painted and wrapped by hand with meticulous care.
