Born and raised in Afghanistan, I grew up surrounded by the rich tapestry of Afghan culture and the comforting aroma of my grandmother's kitchen. But as conflict swept through our homeland, my family's journey took an unexpected turn, and we found ourselves seeking refuge in a new land.
Arriving in San Luis Obispo I carried with me the flavors of home and the memories of my grandmother's cooking. Determined to preserve our culinary heritage and share it with others, I embarked on a mission to bring the taste of Afghanistan to our new community.

Frank is proud to be a part of his family's agricultural legacy and works tirelessly to continually improve his produce and business.

Our avocados are locally grown on our family ranch on the beautiful Central Coast. They are handpicked and selected for size and quality. Our local taste testers state that they are “the best avocado they have ever tasted.” As you may have guessed, we have many volunteers!! They will pair well with our beef or make fantastic guacamole.

The Molnar Family has been ranching cattle for 6 generations in Cayucos, CA since 1870. They raise grass-fed, grass-finished, certified natural and hormone-free, humanely handled cattle that graze the wild grasses of the coast on their ranches ranging from Cambria to Morro Bay, CA. As a family, they take pride in their regenerative agricultural practices a few are, rotational grazing and water restoration. They hope to educate others along the way.
