*90% of our ingredients are sourced from local farmers from the North and South County Farmer's Markets of SLO. This lends to having the most fresh ingredients that are seasonal.

Have purchased this twice now- The crust is divine, the filling is perfectly balanced, and the little lime bits on top are the "icing on the cake"! I'm not normally a dessert person but I'm hooked on this pie!

Citrus or key lime type of pies can sometimes be too sweet or tart. This was perfect. The crust was spot on. Outstanding!
