Shephard's Pot Pie (individual serving in a 5 3/8" aluminum pie tin)
We have created a single serving of the classic Shepard's Pot Pie with lamb. It is fully cooked and just needs to be reheated. We suggest to heat at 350 degrees for 15-20 min.
Filling Ingredients: Organic Ground Lamb, carrot, red onion, Worcestershire, white wine, chicken stock, flour, tomato stock, thyme, salt, peas.
Topping: Mashed potatoe, butter, salt, pepper, garlic and herbs.
80% of our ingredients are sourced from local farmers from te North and South County Farmer's Markets of SLO. This lends to having the most fresh ingredients that are seasonal.
