The base of the tart is made from Pasta Frola (Italian Shortbread) which is drizzled with Guitard Chocolate, smeared with a Vanilla Cream and topped with an assemble of mixed Organic Fresh Berries then brushed with a light tangy Apricot Glaze.

- I am sorry that the Apricot glaze was not to your liking, but if you prefer you can always make a special request and order the Tart without the glaze. The glaze is used to accentuate the flavor and aroma of the organic berries.
