This delectable Fruit Tart is perfect for any occasion or celebration, just simply delicious! The base of the tart is made from Pasta Frola (Italian Shortbread) which is drizzled with Guitard Chocolate, smeared with a Vanilla Cream and topped with an assemble of mixed Organic Fresh Berries then brushed with a light tangy Apricot Glaze.

Ingredients: Unbleached Flour, Butter, Eggs, Milk, Sugar, Vanilla. Organic Mixed Berries.

A very nice offering from this Italian Bakery. I loved everything about this tart, except the apricot glaze.

I am sorry that the Apricot glaze was not to your liking, but if you prefer you can always make a special request and order the Tart without the glaze. The glaze is used to accentuate the flavor and aroma of the organic berries.
