Description
Crumbled Irish scones made with plump raisins, Irish Breakfast tea and a generous shake of cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg baked into a rich custard. Golden on top, soft and comforting inside.
Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.Proper comfort. Best enjoyed with a strong cuppa or a wee dram.
