Deep dish vegetable focaccia uses different meadly of vegetables on every loaf, each loaf is one of a kind. It will vary from tomatoes, olives, dill, parsley, onion, thyme, shallots, garlic, rosemary and or bell peppers. This soft airy focaccia is a perfect addition to any meal.
This is best to be stored in the refrigerator, laying it flat so the vegetables stay in place.

We are a small family hobby homestead located in Atascadero. We have 25 pasture raised chickens who are fed chicken feed from Atascadero Hay and Feed.
We use 100% olive oil on all our focaccias.
All Sourdough cookies made with our Farm Fresh eggs and homemade vanilla extract.
