Indulge in the delightful layers of our Deep Dish Onion and Garlic Focaccia, a savory treat that redefines comfort food. This artisan creation features a plush, golden-brown crust, baked to perfection.
One of my favorite ways to use this bread is to cut it in half (like hamburger style), and put burrata cheese, arugula, bruchetta and balsamic drizzle between the two halves. Cut it into bite size pieces for appetizers or for a charcuterie platter.
Focaccia is 8 x 10.5 and 2-2.5 thick
ingredients: flour, water, dried onions, salt, sugar, yeast, dried garlic, kosher salt, dried green onion, chives,100% olive oil.
