At the heart of this focaccia lies a generous layer of perfectly caramelized onions, slowly cooked to enhance their natural sweetness and complement the robust, roasted garlic.
One of my favorite ways to use this bread is to cut it in half (like hamburger style), and put burrata cheese, arugula, bruchetta and balsamic drizzle between the two halves. Cut it into bite size pieces for appetizers or for a charcuterie platter.Â

We offer handcrafted baked goods, including focaccia made with 100% olive oil, as well as naturally leavened sourdough bread and other sourdough treats. Our sourdough cookies are made using our own farm-fresh eggs and homemade vanilla extract.
