Description
Our Bearclaw is created with hand-crafted, soft, flaky Danish dough flavored with rich spices, including mace and cardamon. They are filled with almond paste and dried cherries and topped with sliced almond and icing.

Ingredients: Unbleached wheat flour, butter, unbleached pastry flour, milk, egg, sugar, water, almond paste (almond flour, confectioners sugar, egg whites, and natural almond extract), dried cherries, almonds, yeast, cardamon, mace, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
