8x8 Graze Box 

Our graze boxes are thoughtfully curated and beautifully styled to make snacking feel elevated, fun, and delicious. Each box is uniquely made, meaning no two are exactly the same. Items are selected based on seasonality and availability, and Board in SLO reserves the right to substitute items as needed.

Cheese Selection in May:

Each box includes 3 out of the following 4 rotating artisan cheeses, based on availability. 

Black Lemon Gouda

Amanti gouda is a double cream gouda with the addition of cleansing charcoal and lemon, lime zest. The texture is smooth and taste is refreshing due to citrusy notes.

Sage Derby

Sage Derby is a cheddar type gourmet cheese made using leaf sage for flavor, and colored using chlorophyll (plant coloring) to give a green marbled finish. The finely chopped sage leaf gives a subtle extra flavor. Sage Derby is matured for around 12 weeks as per mild cheddar.

Iberico

Iberico is often mistaken for Manchego due to its similarly cross-hatched rind, but with a cow’s milk smoothness, slight goaty tang and rich sheepy creaminess, the taste and herbaceous aroma is quite distinguishable. Matured anywhere from one to six months, Iberico has a firm yet flaky texture with a mild flavor.

Lavender Pesto Gouda

This unique purple gouda has the deliciously distinctive floral fragrance and flavor of lavender with infused with rosemary, and thyme. 

Serving Size:

Each graze box feeds 2-3 people as an appetizer.

Packaging & Handling:

Boxes are packaged cold and ready to eat—no reheating or prep required. For optimal flavor and texture, remove the box from the refrigerator 30–60 minutes before serving to allow the cheeses to reach room temperature. Serving cheese at room temperature enhances its flavor and texture, as the fat molecules relax, releasing stronger aromas and flavors.

Please refrigerate upon receiving and enjoy within 24–48 hours for best quality.
