Hello! Sin Gluten Co. is a small Mexican-inspired bakery that’s completely gluten-free and celiac-owned! I started this bakery because I have celiac disease and wanted to share the pan dulce I grew up with like conchas, puerquitos, polvorones, and more all made without the gluten! Everything is baked in a dedicated gluten-free kitchen with lots of love and care, so you can enjoy the flavors safely and deliciously.
