Brannum Family Farms
Nipomo, CA
At Brannum Family Farms, we grow our microgreens with intention. Our microgreens are grown in an indoor facility on our Nipomo farm. We use LED lighting, and energy efficient equipment, filtered well water, and filtered air — a controlled environment that lets us prioritize quality and consistency without compromise.
We grow in coco coir rather than peat, and use only organic, non-GMO (and sometimes heirloom) seeds. We never apply pesticides or chemical fertilizers. That’s not a certification — it’s just how we farm. We have always used organic practices to grow our crops, and we always will.
Nothing goes to waste on our farm. Spent coco coir and plant trimmings go to our laying hens, who eventually break it all down into a rich compost, which we use to amend our edible flower beds and improve the natural soil on the land. A small, closed loop that keeps giving back.
We source local, sell local, and harvest to order — so what arrives at your door is as fresh as it gets.
