Hi, I’m Kristin, the owner and baker behind Bliss Batter Co. What started as a love of baking and sharing something delicious with the people around me has grown into a small-batch bakery built around big flavor, quality ingredients, and a whole lot of butter. 

At Bliss Batter Co., I specialize in handcrafted gluten-free baked goods that don’t taste “gluten-free.” My menu features oversized brown-butter cookies, moist banana breads, Bliss Bites, and my signature Bliscuit™—all made in small batches with premium ingredients, Belgian chocolate, browned butter, nuts, fruit, and plenty of attention to the little details that make a treat unforgettable.

I’m proud to bake here on California’s beautiful Central Coast and to be part of a community that supports local makers and small businesses. My goal is simple: to make gluten-free treats so good that everyone at the table wants one—gluten-free or not.
