Oatmeal Raisin Cookies Box of 4

Chewy, date-sweetened with golden raisins and walnuts, these cookies are large enough for one to be satisfying.  Just the right combination of organic eggs, organic flour,  organic rolled oats and European butter for the taste of home-made.  Like all our Sugar Free Confections these cookies contain  no refined sugar, chemical sweeteners or preservatives.  They wiill keep for 2-4 days in an airtight container.  These Oatmeal Raisin cookies freeze well and are a handy treat to have on hand. Just wrap them in parchment paper and then again in plastic wrap (if you use plastic) and freeze in an airtight container for up to a month. We recommend wraping in parchment paper first to avoid microplastics touching the cookies.

At Sugar Free Confections we are striving to eliminate plastic and especially microplastics in food. We store all our ingredients in glass containers once they reach us. Our utensils, mixing bowls and baking pans are all metal or glass.  Our packaging is recyclable cardboard (except for one box with a plastic window which we are phasing out) and our unbleached parchment paper and gingham tissue is compostable with your food scraps.
