Our biscuit topped chicken pot pie made with our amazing buttermilk biscuits, roasted chicken, local vegetables and lemon and herb chicken veloute. Served with an argula salad with pickled onions, cucumber, and heirloom tomatoes and a dijon vinaigrette.
I'm from the Charleston SC and am super excited to be opening a space celebrating southern culture and food. We are a community forward company that is already super involved with French Hospital and support a ton of local charities. My background is full of national level awards form my time in Charleston where I picked up some amazing recipes and techniques and am excited to share these with SLO. My fiancé is finishing her Masters in Therapy and we are excited to be doing what we can to bring some positivity to her hometown of SLO.
