These soups can be stored in the fridge for up to one week after delivery or placed directly in the freezer for up to 3 months. The soup if the week is lovingly prepared with locally sourced produce. It's delicious and filling, even my kids like it. Sometimes for fun I cut up bacon bits and fry them, then mix in this soup. That's extra delicious, but it has great flavor even without the bacon.
