The slight tang of the sauce will help transport you to the Carolinas and helps this savory dish pair with pretty much everything. Great for 2 as a main or could feed up to 4 as a side.

This macaroni and cheese is a quick and easy dinner solution whether it's as a side or the star of the show! It's creamy, delicious, and has a hint of pimento which adds to both the flavor and the visual appeal. It's an absolutely wonderful addition to the Harvestly prepared food lineup and I'll definitely be ordering this again. Your mileage may vary, but I found the heating directions resulted in the dish still being a little cold. Fortunately this is easily solved by adding more time or putting it in the microwave (in a microwave-safe container, of course) for 30-60 seconds.

I'm from the Charleston SC and am super excited to be opening a space celebrating southern culture and food. We are a community forward company that is already super involved with French Hospital and support a ton of local charities. My background is full of national level awards form my time in Charleston where I picked up some amazing recipes and techniques and am excited to share these with SLO. My fiancé is finishing her Masters in Therapy and we are excited to be doing what we can to bring some positivity to her hometown of SLO.
