"Santa Maria BBQ" Seasoning (2.5 oz)

Our take on the original Santa Maria BBQ seasoning, which was created on the Central Coast just for the local specialty style of barbecue. Particularly good on foods cooked over an open wood fire, equally tasty on big roasts (such as Tri Tip of course!), smaller cuts like steaks and chops and various veggies including potatoes. A wonderful “season all” or general savory seasoning.

Ingredients: Kosher Salt, Garlic, Black Pepper, Parsley
