Old Fashioned Lemon Marmalade

Taste of Tradition's Old Fashioned Lemon Marmalade is made the "old fashioned" way. We use the whole lemon minus the seeds, we cook the sliced lemons down until they are nice and tender, then we let them soak in sugar overnight before we cook it down again until it reaches the perfect consistency. This recipe consists of only fresh lemons, purified water and fine sugar. The sweet and sour taste is amazing on fresh baked scones or even thrown on top a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
