A-Town Humble Pies is a family team of bakers from Atascadero who wish to share their passion for pie goodness with the community.

We are a microproducer of Extra Virgin Olive Oil at our farm Al Pie del Cielo. Our 350 olive trees were the sole survivors of a 50 acre grove which had been destroyed by a freeze in 2012, just before we acquired the property. We used Yeoman plows to improve water sequestration and improved organic fertililizing. Our population of quail seemed to increase and delight us with their presence, hence our product's name, Codorniz, quail in Spanish. We produce three Tuscan varietals: Pendolino, Coratina and Frantoio. Pendolino is a pollenator, but we love this low yield oil, which we harvest early to capture its peppery notes. Like our Pendolino, Coratino is very high in phenolic acids, anti-oxidants, which afford the oil's helth benefits and enhance their own conservation. These are ideal finishing oils. Frantoio has more fruity notes that pair well with cheeses and sandwiches. We also use it for cooking.

Alle-Pia creates some of the finest salami, sausages, and other cured meats. Each small batch of their products are created with love by the talented Antonio Varia, Chef and Owner of Buona Tavola Restaurants in San Luis Obispo and Paso Robles.

Banchan Foods offers premium small batch kimchi, using the freshest vegetables sourced directly from our local farmers' markets. Meticulously crafted, it is more than just a Korean side dish– it's a living, breathing testament to the transformative power of fermentation. As it ages, its flavors deepen and evolve, creating a rich, and intense flavor that evolves with time. We like it spicy at Banchan Foods, and our kimchi delivers just that.  

Bean Family Farms is a family-run business built by Sean and Katie Bean alongside their boys — Boden, Maverick, and Dalton — right here on California’s Central Coast. What began through caring for animals and serving families at Creekside Pet Boarding gradually grew into something much bigger: a family farm focused on creating meaningful experiences centered around animals, education, and community. Today, Bean Family Farms brings together Central Coast Ponies & Friends Events, Rent-A-Hatch educational kits, farm-fresh Bean Boys' Rainbow Eggs, our family farm stand, and hands-on experiences designed to help families slow down, connect, and create unforgettable memories together.
