Organic Spaghetti Squash Grown on the Blosser Urban Garden Farm in Santa Maria, CA Spaghetti squash is a filling, hearty squash with a smooth, subtle nuttiness. This squash is unique due to the way it can be prepared. When scraped out, the “meat” of this vegetable falls out in thin ribbons much resembling spaghetti. Try roasting in the oven with some olive oil, salt and pepper, then scraping it out with a fork for some easy “pasta”. Blosser Urban Garden is a small-scale organic farm in Santa Maria focused on providing quality food to our community. We specialize in row crops, berries and seasonal varieties that the central coast is known for.
