Description
1 bundle (~ 4 stalks) of green garlic AKA spring garlic or young garlic. A spring specialty! This is garlic that is harvested young and has not fully matured into bulbs. Store in the refrigerator, where it will keep for ~7 days. The flavor is more delicate than mature garlic. Use all of the tender white and light green parts. Dark green leaves can be saved for soups and stocks. This crop is a staff and customer favorite because it is so easy to process and use (no need to peel garlic cloves!).
