It is actually a cross breed between broccoli, and Chinese broccoli. This results in a less bitter, thinner, and longer stemmed vegetable. No peeling of the stems is necessary, just cut off the ends and roast or sauté however you would like. Blosser Urban Garden is a small-scale organic farm in Santa Maria focused on providing quality food to our community. We specialize in row crops, berries and seasonal varieties that the central coast is known for. All of our produce is always certified organic and is grown on our property or locally sourced from growers we trust. We also farm 2 Acres at CityFarm in San Luis Obispo.
