The Nijisseiki Asian Pears have a thin yellow-green skin, apple crunch paired with the gritty pear texture, juicy and light flavor. My favorite variety to add to a salsa or pico de gallo, put in lunchbox, or add to a nice summer salad.

Located in San Miguel, this 20 acre farm grows 15 acres of Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay wine grapes; as well as, nearly 2 acres of Asian Pears, Apples, Citrus, Guavas, Figs, Pomegranates, and Tuberoses.
